The Shenandoah Valley Governor's School is proud to sponsor "Giving Voice," a series of lunchtime guest speakers who bring their enthusiasm and talents to share their thoughts on topics as varied as the ethics of cloning, shaping productive discourse in communities, and the role of social psychology in our society. Speakers address both the academic and creative passions that drive them and relay their life experiences to us. The audience then has the opportunity to ask questions.
All Governor's School students, staff, and parents are invited and encouraged to attend these interactive presentations by master teachers who are eager to share and converse. Each presentation will run from 11:00 a.m. to 11:45. Check back for updates on speakers and dates.
